About this opportunity:
With the introduction of 5G and cloud, the role of IT Managed Services has evolved to become an enabler of new revenue opportunities, in addition to delivering efficient cloud and IT operations for service providers on their 5G journey.
What you will do:
2nd Level Assurance Support Activities, Incident Management.
Problem Management.
System Administration.
2nd Level Billing Operations.
The skills you bring:
Good Understanding of Telecom Theories and Fundamentals.
Understand network and technology evolutions from IN perspective including converged networks.
Relevant experience in IN domain with Exp on IN protocols like INAP, CAMEL, Diameter.
Knowledge on Ericsson Charging system is must.
Experience with IN Nodes like Minsat, EMA, EMM, SDP, CCN, IVR, VS, AIR, CRS.
Key Qualifications: Graduate in Computer Science or similar with 4– 9 years of experience
