TheRoleWe re looking for TalentAcquisition Internship to help our company discover and acquireexcellent employees across Sales Marketing and Product among otherbusiness functions. The candidate will be entrusted with an ongoingquest to discover topquality talent build a strong employer brandand ensure great relationships with stakeholders and will act as anadministrative partner to employees and management. The internshipperiod would be 3months.
KeyResponsibilities

• Workwith the hiring managers panel members and other internal teammembers to coordinate the recruitment and hiring the newemployee
• Scheduling and coordinating interviewsfor candidates while ensuring good candidateexperience
• Coordinating for the endtoendinterview process (via WA Phone Gmeet Zoom MS Teamsetc)
• Creating job posts assisting with thescreening of resumes and sharing effective feedback and updateswith the candidates
• Preparation of reports anddashboards updating data as and whenneeded

Skills&Qualifications:

• 01years of similar experience(s) are preferred; Freshers canapply
• Graduate/PostGraduationrequired
• Ability to communicate effectivelywith stakeholders and candidates.
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications MS Word PowerPoint MS Exceletc
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and rapidlyshiftingpriorities
