To meet the growing demand for Natural Quartz Surfaces, Mahi Granites Pvt Ltd has also set up a new state-of-the-art project in Hyderabad, manufacturing "Krystallos," its Natural Quartz Engineered Stone.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Krystallos Factory, located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources. They will handle day-to-day HR tasks, facilitate employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Atleast 5 Years experience in developing HR strategy and policy.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and factory laws and pollution control Government authority and knowledge of industry regulations .
Time Management skills.
