Overview:

The ETL ODIDeveloper plays a critical role in designing developing andimplementing ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). Theyare responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of data fromvarious sources to data warehouses and maintaining data integritythroughout the process.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Designing anddeveloping ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) fordata extraction transformation andloading.
• Collaborating with crossfunctionalteams to gather and analyze datarequirements.
• Performing data modeling schemadesign and performance tuning for ETLprocesses.
• Conducting data profiling andquality assessments to ensure accurate dataintegration.
• Implementing data validation andreconciliation processes to maintain dataconsistency.
• Developing and maintaining ETLdocumentation and data mappingdocuments.
• Participating in code reviewstesting and debugging of ETLprocesses.
• Providing technical support andtroubleshooting for ETL jobs andprocesses.
• Collaborating with businessstakeholders to understand and address data integrationneeds.
• Monitoring and optimizing ETL workflowsand job schedules.
• Adhering to best practicesfor data integration data warehousing and ETLdevelopment.

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield.
• Proven experience in designing anddeveloping ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator(ODI).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and databaseconcepts.
• Experience with data modeling andschema design for data warehousing.
• Proficiencyin performance tuning and optimization of ETLprocesses.
• Understanding of data integrationand ETL best practices.
• Ability to workeffectively in crossfunctional teams and collaborate with diversestakeholders.
• Excellent problemsolving andanalytical skills for troubleshooting ETLissues.
• Strong communication skills and theability to effectively convey technical information to nontechnicalstakeholders.
• Knowledge of industrystandarddata warehousing and ETL tools andtechnologies.
