    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Workplace Resources department. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in property management, with a strong background in managing commercial properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and providing a safe and comfortable environment for our tenants.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of Residential properties and responsible for maintaining the condition and sale/leasing value of residential properties.
    • Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance.
    • Day-to-day upkeep of a property's facilities and utilities, such as structures, HVAC systems, plumbing, appliances, furniture, landscaping and energy management.
    • Develop and implement property management plans, including budgets, leasing strategies, and maintenance schedules.
    • Coordinate with leasing agents to market and lease available spaces, ensuring high occupancy rates.
    • Interacts directly with tenants/occupants and safety inspectors to handle emergencies, discuss new issues or resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner.
    • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
    • Showing property to prospective buyers/renters, discussing leasing and occupancy terms or even collecting fees.
    • Manage vendor relationships, including contractors, maintenance staff, and service providers.
    • Monitor financial performance of properties, including rent collection, expense management, and budget adherence.
    • Prepare monthly and annual reports on property performance, including occupancy rates, leasing activity, and financial results.
    • Responsible until the final handover is done to the association and act as SPOC for future.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Real Estate, or related field.

    Job Skills

    • 4 to 6 years of experience in property management, preferably in real estate.
    • Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
    • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
