    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and execute strategies aimed at growing our sales and expanding our market presence.

    This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, marketing trends, and customer needs.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns.

    Sales Strategy & Execution:

    - Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.

    - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets.

    - Lead sales efforts to increase revenue through lead generation, cold calling, meetings, and closing deals.

    - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.

    - Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to final negotiations and contract closing.

    - Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and potential customers.

    Marketing Collaboration:

    - Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring that marketing campaigns support business development goals.

    - Assist in the creation of marketing content such as presentations, case studies, and proposals.

    - Provide market insights and feedback to guide the creation of promotional materials.

    - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in driving sales and leads.

    - Support the development of customer value propositions and product positioning.

    Skills & Competencies:

    - Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex business problems and create actionable solutions.

    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

    - Strong negotiation and closing skills.

    - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

    - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

    - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing and product teams.

    Desired Characteristics:

    - 3 5 years of experience.

    - Familiarity with B2B sales or enterprise-level clients.

    - Experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.

    - Ability to lead and mentor junior sales team members.
