    About the Client :
    Our Client is a leading manufacturing MNC based in Mumbai


    Roles and Responsibilities :
    Reporting into the CHRO,you will be responsible for :

    • Implementation of Compensation & Benefits strategy and ensure compliance with applicable statutes, legislations and market competitiveness
    • Assist in development of global compensation and benefits budgets and ensure adherence to the budgets
    • Lead & supervise compensation & benefits administration process and ensure that policies, procedures, and reporting practices comply with corporate governance standards and applicable legislations
    • Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitor's practices, and other sources
    • Lead the implementation and functioning of SAP System
    • Manage HR Analytics covering parameters like headcount, attrition, hiring, position additions / deletions
    • Lead in evaluating cost effectiveness and competitiveness of current compensation programs; Implement changes when necessary

    Requirements:

    • Advanced understanding of analytical methodologies
    • Knowledge of different tools & techniques employed in Compensation/ Benefits design & analysis
    • Knowledge of basic elements of the taxation of employee compensation and benefits and is capable of applying at basic level
    • 10 + years of experience in the manufacturing space
