    Overview:

    The HumanRecruiter plays a vital role in identifying and attracting toptalent within an organization. They are responsible for managingthe endtoend recruitment process from sourcing and screeningcandidates to managing the offer and onboarding process. The HumanRecruiter collaborates with hiring managers to understand theirstaffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitmentprocess.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Collaborate withhiring managers to identify staffing needs andrequirements
    • Source potential candidatesthrough online channels (e.g. social platforms and professionalnetworks)
    • Screen resumes and applicationforms
    • Conduct interviews using various reliablerecruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates withinschedule
    • Assess applicants relevant knowledgeskills soft skills experience andaptitudes
    • Promote the companys reputation as anemployer of choice
    • Coordinate the hiringprocess including negotiating salaries and preparing employmentcontracts
    • Onboard new employees in order tobecome fully integrated
    • Keept track ofrecruiting metrics
    • Build applicant sources byresearching and contacting community services colleges employmentagencies recruiters media and internetsites

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
    • Proven work experience as a Recruiter(either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agencyrecruiter)
    • Solid ability to conduct differenttypes of interviews (structured competencybased stressetc.)
    • Strong decisionmakingskills
    • Ability to provide analytical andwelldocumented reports
    • Familiarity with HRdatabases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate ManagementSystems (CMS)
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational andtime management skills
    • Good negotiation andproblemsolving skills
    • Ability to managehighvolume recruitmentprocesses
