    Description

    Rolls & Responsibilities:

    Find, manage, grow, and close revenue in existing and net-new accounts

    Responsible for Inside Sales & managing key accounts

    Manage end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting

    Review and analyze sales data for better business

    Manage sales pipeline, segmentation and accurate forecasting and take corrective action where necessary

    Own the overall customer relationship for existing customers, potential new customers

    Generate new business and customer opportunities

    Generate business solutions and strategies to specific customer needs

    Partner with the proposals team to be an additional resource, when required, to deliver tailor-made proposals to meet our clients' needs and communicate our value proposition

    We need someone with relevant experience

    We are looking for someone who can be flexible to work

    Must be cooperative and able to work in a team environment

    Strong skills in Communication, Critical Thinking, Troubleshooting Customer relationship & Sales and marketing strategy
