Job Duties:

· Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (GC, US Citizens, H1B, OPT and CPT) to vendors or direct clients.

· Responsible for sourcing job requirements from vendors, negotiating the rates, coordinating interviews, closing, and placing the consultants.

· Pre-screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.

· Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.

· Possess a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, Client Hiring manager contacts. Generate leads to acquire new clients.

· Suggest innovative ways to market and place candidates.

· Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 1 + years of experience in US IT recruitment. Relevant experience in recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, EADs, H1B, OPT, CPT
• Well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp-2-Corp & 1099 etc.
• Must have good understanding of US staffing business, bench sales and recruitment process.
• Strong bench sales and marketing background. Must be independent and a self-starter. High level of attention to details, team player, dynamic and result oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate in English effectively.
