    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of IT Infrastructure Administrator with a specialization in Active Directory management. This position entails overseeing various aspects of our IT infrastructure, including but not limited to systems administration, network management, server maintenance, and firewall management etc.. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing both Windows and Linux environments, along with proficiency in setting up and maintaining Active Directory services.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Active Directory Management:
    • Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory services to support organizational needs.
    • Design and implement group policies, security groups, and organizational units within Active Directory.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory services, ensuring high availability and reliability.
    • Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for critical Active Directory data.
    1. IT Infrastructure Management:
    • Manage both Windows and Linux servers, ensuring their optimal performance, security, and reliability.
    • Administer AWS resources, including EC2 instances, S3 storage, and VPC configurations.
    • Oversee leased line connections and network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity.
    • Configure and maintain firewall rules and security policies to protect network assets.
    1. Systems Administration:
    • Perform routine system administration tasks such as user account management, software installations, and system upgrades.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing solutions to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
    • Conduct regular patch management and software updates to keep systems secure and up-to-date.
    1. Systems Upgrades and Migrations:
    • Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and hardware refresh cycles in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth transition during system upgrades or migrations.
    1. Documentation and Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to IT infrastructure and security.
    1. Cybersecurity:
    • Implement and manage security measures such as intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, and encryption protocols to safeguard against cyber threats.
    • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential weaknesses in the IT infrastructure.
    • Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.
    • Develop and implement incident response plans to effectively respond to and recover from security breaches or incidents.
    • Provide cybersecurity awareness training to staff members to promote a culture of security consciousness within the organization.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Active Directory and systems administration.
    3. Extensive experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Active Directory services in a Windows environment.
    4. Proficiency in managing both Windows and Linux servers, including AWS cloud environments.
    5. Strong understanding of network protocols, VPNs, leased lines, and firewall configurations.
    6. Experience with system upgrades, migrations, and hardware refresh cycles.
    7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
    9. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar certifications are preferred.
    10. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
