    Description


    As Channel Marcom Manager, you will be a key member of the Global Marketing team, reporting to the Channel Marcom Leader.

    This role requires a strategic marketer working for all channel personas (Distributors, Panel builders, Contractors, OEMs, Specifiers), collaborating with all other major Business Units to drive marketing initiatives tailored for diverse channel personas.


    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Channel Marcom Leader and major Business Units to align Marcom strategies with overarching marketing goals for Power Products.
    • Develop a deep understanding of channel personas within the Power Product Business Units and other key BUs.

    Annual Marketing and Sales Plan (AMSP):

    • Colead the development of the AMSP.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

    Marketing Communication Strategies:

    • Lead and manage all marketing communication strategies and execution for all Channel Personas.
    • Develop and maintain content across multiple channels, coordinating with internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
    • Ability to create impactful sales and marketing tools working with internal and external agencies.

    Channel Programs and Coordination:

    • Plan & execute all National & Regionals Events.
    • Conceptualize and execute channel programs collaborating with the channel team.
    • Handson experience using Digital Marketing including Sales and Marketing Automation, WhatsApp for Business, Paid Media, and other channels to drive channel engagement.

    A&P Budget Management:

    • Manage the Advertising and Promotion (A&P) budget for Power Product Marcom initiatives.
    • Ensure optimal utilization of resources for maximum impact.

    Results-Driven Marketing:

    • Drive incremental business growth through new leads and opportunities via Channel Marcom programs.
    • Drive overall results from marketing activities, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and tangible Return on Investment (ROI).
    • Monitor effectiveness and make iterative optimizations as needed.

    Integrated Marketing Campaigns:

    • Collaborate with Offer/Product Marketing Upstream and Downstream Teams to launch new power product offers through impactful integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Drive hero and boost offer launches and amplification specific to Power Products.

    Training Initiatives Leadership:

    • Develop and manage assets for digital and physical training for all channel personas.
    • Collaborate with the team to seamlessly integrate training into both digital and event strategies.
    • Drive partner digitization initiatives and skillbuilding programs for partners.

    Digital Marketing Expertise:

    • Develop and execute sophisticated digital strategies encompassing mailers, social media, and paid campaigns.
    • Supervise content creation and optimization for digital platforms, aligning with our brand standards.

    Skills And Attributes for Success:

    • Annual Planning and Strategy: Proven track record of developing marketing and communications strategies.
    • Channel Expertise: Experience in handling marketing programs covering various channels specific to power products.
    • Agency Management: Strong experience in handling agencies for Power Product Marcom, Events, Digital, Advertising, etc.
    • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in marketing power products, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
    • Leadership and Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
    • Project Management and Problem-Solving: Excellent project management, problemsolving, and delegation abilities.
    • Innovation and Flexibility: Proven capability to support business ambitions with highquality, relevant, audiencecentric integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Technology Proficiency: Good knowledge of Marketing Automation tools
    • Adobe Marketo, Tableau, etc.
