    JOB SUMMARY:

    We are looking for Key Account Manager for Modern Retail and B2B who would be responsible for driving sell-out our Reynolds Pens products from large format stores along with B2B business with the corporates.

    KEY DELIVERABLES:

    • Deliver agreed business plan for assigned Modern Trade Account
    • Manage and Align secondary sales and visibility across modern retail stores
    • Develop B2B account interaction to drive business with large corporates.

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Drives Key Account at region. Conducts opportunity assessment for new and existing accounts and defines overall account strategy, developing high level relationships with clients and develops action driven Key Account Plans.
    • Sell-out of products across all modern retail stores in assigned territory.
    • Merchandising across MT stores.
    • and Shopper Activation management, Category Development & Advisory to stores in joint discussion.
    • fill rates for key SKUs, Upkeep of Product masters, On-shelf availability of must stock SKUs, inventory planning for accounts.
    • product launches for successful scale up across MT.
    • Planning – Sales forecasting, monitoring sales results and reporting, exclusives launch planning, season planning
    • with large account for B2B business and cross promotion. End to end handling of corporate and PSU accounts
    • Management at Modern Retail stores
    • consistent, timely reporting which meets the requirement of the business

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Preferable with a FMCG background/ Stationery Industry.
    • degree in Sales and Marketing
    • in Sales, merchandising and marketplace management
    • years of experience in handling Modern retail stores and B2B business in region
