Location-Ranchi

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented, courteous, and experienced Restaurant Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in reputed hotels, malls, or food chains and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and guest waiting lists efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure proper seating arrangements.
• Coordinate with the service staff to ensure smooth table turnover.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/entrance area.
• Ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Maintain daily guest records and reservation logs.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Hostess / Guest Relations Executive.
• Experience in Hotels, Malls, or Food Chains is mandatory.
• Hospitality background preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with professional grooming standards.
• Ability to handle high guest flow during peak hours.
• Basic computer knowledge for reservation handling.
