Responsibilities

Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the resource requirements for AI/ML and Data Science roles
Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the AI/ML and Data Science domain
Conducting thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit within Adani
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding
Building and maintaining a strong network of AI/ML and Data Science professionals
Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition

Education Qualification

Sourcing skills

should have got experience of having worked on modern sourcing tools and technologies including but not limited to - Boolean Searches, X-ray Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hootsuite, open web scraping tools
Should have used market mapping, data preparation, data analysis, MIS and reporting to guide the hiring managers in being able to make the right calls
Should be able to understand our business and be a partner/ advisor to the hiring managers on various aspects related to talent.
