    Responsibilities

    • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the resource requirements for AI/ML and Data Science roles
    • Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the AI/ML and Data Science domain
    • Conducting thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit within Adani
    • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding
    • Building and maintaining a strong network of AI/ML and Data Science professionals
    • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition

    Experience

    Qualifications

    • 7-9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

    Education Qualification

    • Master of Business Administration or relevant fieldS

    Sourcing skills

    • should have got experience of having worked on modern sourcing tools and technologies including but not limited to - Boolean Searches, X-ray Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hootsuite, open web scraping tools
    • Should have used market mapping, data preparation, data analysis, MIS and reporting to guide the hiring managers in being able to make the right calls
    • Should be able to understand our business and be a partner/ advisor to the hiring managers on various aspects related to talent.

    • Experience in hiring AI/ML resources
    • Proven track record in recruiting Data Science professionals
    • Master of Business Administration or relevant qualification
