- More than 10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Ethnic / Indian Wear
- Knowledge of garment costing, OTIF, apparel sourcing, product margins, and seasonal process calendar
- Experience in the buying process and vendor management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing product portfolios in the retail industry
- Define and implement product strategies for the Ethnic / Indian Wear category
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including assortment planning and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to drive product innovation and differentiation
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify opportunities and challenges
- Monitor and optimize product performance, sales, and margins to achieve business targets
