- Knowledge of Architectural Design Principles, working on good for construction Drawing (GFC) projects, working drawings, X-Refs and 3D modeling is mandatory
- Ability to interpret mark ups provided by the clients on the drawings or images
- Good English communication skills
- Passion to learn and develop knowledge, self learning attitude with team playing spirit
- Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Revit(Preferable), ArchiCAD(Preferable) and Rendering software like Lumion, 3D Max, Enscape etc.
- Work experience of Architectural Outsourcing industry will be an added advantage
