Key Responsibilities

IAM and IGA Architecture Leadership

• Architect and lead enterprise-wide IAM and IGA solutions aligned with organizational security policies, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
• Design and implement identity lifecycle management including provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control, and privileged access management.
• Ensure IAM architecture supports scalability, high availability, and resilience.

Technology Design and Integration

• Design and integrate IAM/IGA platforms with enterprise applications such as ERP, LIMS, HRIS, and cloud-based services.
• Evaluate, select, and implement IAM/IGA technologies through vendor assessments, proof-of-concepts, and roadmap planning.
• Develop and enforce IAM standards covering authentication, authorization, federation, and multi-factor authentication.

Security, Compliance, and Governance

• Ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements such as HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, and other industry standards.
• Support audit processes by providing IAM controls, documentation, and evidence.
• Monitor and optimize IAM platform performance and security posture.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, HR, R&D, and other business teams to ensure seamless identity governance.
• Communicate complex IAM concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and best practices for identity governance across the enterprise.
