- Develop and maintain relationships with IT consultants on the bench to understand their skill sets, preferences, and availability.
- Identify and source potential job opportunities for IT consultants through various channels, including job boards, networking, and client referrals.
- Qualify and screen candidates to ensure they meet client requirements and are a good fit for available positions.
- Negotiate terms and rates with clients and candidates to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for consultants placed on projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and placements in the company's CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and client needs to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 8-10years experience in benchsale recruiting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and recruiting goals.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.
