    Job Overview

    The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our store in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. They will be in charge of ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales performance, and managing the overall store operations. This is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Proficient in sales performance analysis and reporting
    • Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
    • Ability to train and motivate a team
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
    • Previous experience in the mobile phone industry is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
    • Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Train and develop store staff to deliver exceptional customer service
    • Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation
    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
    • Manage store expenses and budget
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
    • Collaborate with the regional team to implement company policies and procedures
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition in the market
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations of store staff
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the store
