**Role:** Data Scientist

Job Description:

• Develop well-documented code that can be shared and used across teams, scalable for existing products. Utilize SQL, Advanced Python or R (descriptive/predictive models), and Tableau Visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and presentation to uncover actionable insights on customer service, public conversation health, and social media.
• Inform, influence, support, and execute analysis feeding into analytics domains: Customer Analytics, Product Analytics, Business Operation Analytics, Cost Analytics, Media Analytics, and People Analytics.
• Select and prioritize analytics based on ability to drive desired outcomes.
• Owning the end-to-end process from initiation to deployment, sharing results with partners and leadership through ongoing communication and collaboration.
• Mentor and foster a sense of community and learning environments for global data analysts.
• Experiment and Develop: Drive the machine learning project lifecycle using best practices and software delivery.
• Collaborate across teams for timely deliverables.

**Requirements:**

• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of agile frameworks and processes.
• Manage work plans, timelines, and milestones effectively.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to move quickly.

**Bonus Points:**

• Experience in metrics-driven development and statistical methodology (multivariate, time-series, experimental design, etc.).
