We are seeking a dynamic and driven Application Specialist to join our team specializing in Women's Health Devices. As an Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing support to Doctors in hospital procedures with our devices, facilitating communication between doctors, procurement, and sales teams, and ensuring seamless integration of our cutting-edge devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to doctors utilizing women's health devices in hospital settings.
• Communicate effectively with medical professionals, procurement, and sales teams to ensure the smooth implementation and usage of our devices.
• Conduct training sessions for medical staff on device operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and contribute to product improvement.
• Travel to customer sites, primarily hospitals, for on-site support, training, and relationship building.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with women's health devices or within the women's health sector.
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and procedures.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and software platforms quickly.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
