    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and

    Execute Total Rewards Strategies:
    Align strategies with business goals and market trends.

    • Design and Implement Compensation and

    Benefits Programs:
    Including salary structures, variable pay plans, equity incentives, and benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations.

    • Benchmarking and Analysis: Regularly analyze compensation and benefits practices for competitiveness and effectiveness.
    • Administration of

    Compensation Processes:
    Manage salary surveys, job evaluations, merit increases, and incentive payouts.

    • Performance Management Systems: Develop and implement systems for goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
    • Data Analytics and Insights: Provide datadriven insights to HR and business leaders, leveraging analytics to drive decisions.
    • HR Analytics Dashboards and Reports: Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor talent metrics and trends.
    • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Ensure data integrity and compliance while collaborating with various teams.
    • Thought Leadership: Provide expertise and best practices to enhance the organization's competitive advantage.
    • Team Management: Lead and develop a team of total rewards and analytics professionals.

    Qualifications:

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.

    Experience:
    Minimum 12 years in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and HR analytics.

    Industry Knowledge:
    Understanding of total rewards principles, especially within cement or related industries.

    Incentive Program Expertise:
    Proven track record in designing and implementing programs to drive performance.

    Data Analysis Skills:
    Proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI for translating data into insights.

    Communication and Stakeholder Management:
    Excellent interpersonal skills.

    Global Experience:
    Experience in a global matrix environment, collaborating across regions.

    Change Management:
    Demonstrated ability to drive change initiatives.

    Certifications:
    CCP, CBP, or other relevant certifications preferred.

    Methodology Expertise:
    Familiarity with Mercer IPE methodology and GCPR, or similar.
