Compensation Processes:
Manage salary surveys, job evaluations, merit increases, and incentive payouts.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 12 years in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and HR analytics.
Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of total rewards principles, especially within cement or related industries.
Incentive Program Expertise:
Proven track record in designing and implementing programs to drive performance.
Data Analysis Skills:
Proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI for translating data into insights.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Global Experience:
Experience in a global matrix environment, collaborating across regions.
Change Management:
Demonstrated ability to drive change initiatives.
Certifications:
CCP, CBP, or other relevant certifications preferred.
Methodology Expertise:
