- Conduct plant Performance monitoring with respect to throughput, yield, Energy, Cat chem Quality, and Process Reliability.
- Support CTS Manager for plant problem troubleshooting and performance improvement.
- Collect data and conduct relevant analyses for the stated purpose and execute corrective actions.
- Support project proposal for management approval.
- Participation in Root cause Analysis, PHA, MOC/PIO review, etc.
- Prepare monthly technology reports.
- Master relevant modelling tools.
- Learn preliminary economic evaluation & financial aspects of a PIOs/New projects.
- Conduct training in one's field; be thorough with basic principles of chemical engineering.
- Participate in PSM activities
- Prepare data and trend for Tripod meeting monthly.
- Provide inputs for production planning to Operations.
- Analysis of customer complaints within specified time frame.
- Improve APC Uptime and MVCPI
- Update PT documentation as necessary.
- Participate in Technology Network
- Maintain strong interface with Technology COE
- Identify PIOs through the study of LFIs, advisory from licensor, benchmarking reports, literature search etc.
- Learn and perform process design calculations on MOCs.
- Understand and adopt RIL Design Engineering Practices
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from an Institute of repute
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industrial experience with good technical background and good communication skills.
