    Frontend Development:

    Code Quality:

    • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, ensuring high performance and reusability.

    Code Reviews:

    • Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and contribute to maintaining and improving development standards.

    Mentorship:

    • Support and mentor junior frontend developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development.

    Education and Work Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in frontend development

    Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
    • Expertise in React or Angular
    • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Vuex
