Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Project Management
* Manage daily site activities for residential interior projects
* Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications
* Monitor timelines and ensure timely project completion
* Prepare and submit daily/weekly site progress reports
Client Coordination
* Act as the site-level point of contact for clients
* Provide regular project updates
* Address site-related concerns professionally to ensure client satisfaction
Handover & Closure
* Prepare snag lists and ensure timely rectifications
* Coordinate final inspections and project handover
* Support documentation required for project closure
Required Skills & Competencies
* Strong knowledge of residential interior execution
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
* Knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware, and fittings
* Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
Educational Qualification (Mandatory)
* B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design only
Experience
* 2-5 years of experience in residential interior site execution
* Experience in turnkey interior projects preferred
