    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Payroll professional to join our team in enhancing payroll services. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll processes in India and experience with payroll systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Payroll Processing: Take full ownership of end-to-end payroll processing and related activities, ensuring 100% accuracy in all transactions.
    • Controls & Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate payroll processes to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
    • SOP Maintenance: Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for payroll and related projects, ensuring all documentation is current and accessible.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and integration across systems.
    • Employee Support: Address and resolve all payroll-related queries from employees in a timely manner, promoting a positive employee experience.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present monthly payroll-related reports for management, highlighting trends, discrepancies, and resolutions.
    • Regional Payroll Expertise (Optional): Experience with payroll systems in Middle East Asia (MEA) and Southeast Asia (SEA) is a plus.

    A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll management, particularly within the Indian payroll landscape, is necessary.
