About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director / Senior Manager – Go-To-Market to lead U.S. market expansion and revenue development for Quantara AI.
This role is focused primarily on selling Quantara AI's cyber risk intelligence platform and driving adoption of our enterprise software products. While experience in cybersecurity services or consulting is valued, strong preference is given to candidates with proven experience selling B2B SaaS or platform-based solutions.
Candidates with strong networks in cybersecurity services, vCISO communities, or consulting firms will be considered, provided they demonstrate the ability to translate relationships into product-led opportunities.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for building pipeline, developing partnerships, and driving repeatable GTM motion.
Key Responsibilities
1. U.S. Market & Product Revenue Development
• Lead go-to-market execution for Quantara AI's product platform in the U.S. market
• Build and manage direct and partner-driven pipeline focused on software adoption
• Engage CISOs, CROs, CIOs, and risk leaders in complex enterprise buying environments
• Position Quantara AI as a strategic risk intelligence platform, not a services offering
2. Channel & Partner Ecosystem Development
• Build and expand relationships with MSSPs, vCISO organizations, and risk consulting firms
• Develop co-selling and referral programs focused on product deployment
• Enable partners with product positioning, demos, and sales materials
• Support partner-led opportunities through the full sales cycle
3. Pipeline Generation & Deal Management
• Leverage personal network and outbound efforts to generate qualified opportunities
• Qualify, manage, and progress enterprise product opportunities
• Coordinate technical discovery, pilots, and solution validation
• Support enterprise contracting and commercial negotiations
4. Cross-Functional GTM Execution
• Work closely with SDR, marketing, and leadership teams on GTM campaigns
• Coordinate with Product Management on roadmap and customer feedback
• Partner with engineering teams for demos and deployments
• Contribute to GTM playbooks, messaging, and sales processes
5. Executive Influence & Stakeholder Management
• Build relationships with executive sponsors, champions, and buying committees
• Navigate procurement, compliance, and security stakeholders
• Influence enterprise decision-making processes
• Support consensus-building across complex organizations
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, platform, or product-led GTM roles
• Proven experience selling cybersecurity, cyber risk, GRC, or security analytics products in the U.S. market
• Experience selling services is acceptable if combined with strong enterprise network and product-selling capability
• Demonstrated success working with channel and advisory partners
• Strong experience influencing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
• Ability to build pipeline independently in early-stage environments
• Willingness to work extensively with U.S. time zones
