    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our team at Uproot Infratech. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate properties. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with customers.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Knowledge of the local real estate market
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
    • Ability to work well in a team environment

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell real estate properties to potential customers
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
    • Assist customers in the process of property selection, negotiation, and closing
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors' offerings
    • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives
    • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
