    Job Title: Project Manager

    Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple mobile app & web development projects, scaled from small to medium-sized.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all project management activities from initiation to closure, following the System Development Life Cycle Process (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure of Mobile and Web application projects.
    • Ensure tasks assigned are efficiently completed with the highest quality, on time, and within scope.
    • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
    • Maintain formal project tracking process utilizing various tools and proactively communicate, manage, and resolve project issues and risks.
    • Effectively monitor and present project updates and progress to relevant stakeholders, clients, and/or project team members.
    • Set project timeline and monitor project deliverables.
    • Handle client communication, ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Track project status with the development team.
    • Mentor and support project team members with tasks assigned.
    • Align project objectives with company goals, ensuring the project team is clear on objectives.
    • Work closely with the project manager(s) to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and scopes for projects.
    • Manage risk tracking process.
    • Monitor and manage project scope.
    • Manage all project documentation.
    • Foster partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and sponsors.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to work on multiple projects within the company's project portfolio simultaneously.
    • Strong project management skills, with experience in SDLC and Agile methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate project team members.
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
