    Microsoft 365 System Administrator / Helpdesk Location: Bangalore, IndiaWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 System Administrator / Helpdesk professional with a minimum of 3 years of Microsoft Office 365 and 5 years of helpdesk experience. The ideal candidate will possess superior knowledge in Active Directory (AD), DNS, Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot, and Mail Flow. Proficiency in DHCP, LDAP, SSO, TCP/IP, and other related technologies is required. The candidate should also have extensive experience in installing and configuring both software and hardware and should be well-versed in Windows environments and networking principles. You will have :
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in helpdesk or technical support roles.
  • Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, Azure AD, Intune, AutoPilot, and Mail Flow.
  • Proficient in DHCP, LDAP, SSO, TCP/IP, and related technologies.
  • Professional experience with Windows environments and networking.
  • Previous experience using a ticketing system.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Okta, JIRA, telephony, and Proofpoint Email Protection experience is a plus.
  • Bird's eye view of your role:
  • Your focus will be to Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environment, including Office 365 applications, Azure AD / Hybrid AD, and related services. However, you'll also be responsible for:
  • Administer and provide technical support for laptops and servers (Mac, Windows, Linux)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, user access, and permissions.
  • Administer and configure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, SSO, and other related systems.
  • Manage Intune for device management and AutoPilot for device provisioning.
  • Provide ongoing administration and support for company laptops, services, and other resources.
  • Ensure smooth mail flow and troubleshoot email-related issues.
  • Provide support for software and hardware installations and configurations.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Utilize ticketing system to track and prioritize user requests and incidents.
  • Work in rotating shifts in a 24x7 environment and participate in on-call duties as required.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (., MCSA, MCSE) preferred
  • What will you bring – This role will work in rotating shifts in a 24x7 environment and on-call work.The ideal candidate is a Microsoft 365 expert: an experienced individual who can provide input on best practices and give solid answers based on that experience and research. This is a systems administration / helpdesk role, where you will be part of a team with a variety of responsibilities, including the entire lifecycle of company laptops, servers, in-house and cloud services, etc.
