    Job Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operations of our company. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

    Qualifications and Skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
    • Maintain and update records and databases.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
    • Manage office supplies and inventory.
    • Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
    • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documents.
    • Conduct research and provide support in various projects.
    • Assist in HR-related tasks, such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
    • Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
