    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly creative and passionate Video Editor who can tell compelling stories through short and long-form videos. The ideal candidate will be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into engaging video content.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Closely collaborate with the content team to understand written or spoken ideas and transform them into captivating videos.
    • Plan scripting, choreography, logistics, and schedules for indoor and outdoor video shoots.
    • Impressively edit videos using Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Create short-form video content (e.g., teaser videos, social media ads) and long-form video content (e.g., video courses, tutorials).

    Requirements:

    • A course in Film making, Cinematography, Video editing, Video production, VFX, or Animation is desirable, but not required. A degree in B.Des, M.Des, B.Arch, M.Arch, BFA, Diploma, or PG Diploma in a related field is also considered.
    • Strong skills in scripting, choreography, logistics, shooting, and post-production.
    • Experience with camera, microphones, and other video equipment.
    • Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly video editing software.
    • Relatively good physical fitness and stamina for extended shoot periods.
    • Excellent computer literacy.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of video trends and popular formats for various social media platforms.
    • An online portfolio showcasing relevant work samples.
    • Experience with video content platforms like YouTube and Vimeo is an asset.
