Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred). - Experience:
6 months to 2 years of experience in B2B sales. - Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
