    Job Title: Treasury & Cash Management Specialist

    We're looking for a skilled Treasury & Cash Management Specialist to join our team and help us expand our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash and liquidity, processing payments, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

    Cash & Liquidity Management

    The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing cash liquidity reports, managing weekly cash reconciliation files, and ensuring accurate cash transaction uploads in NetSuite for multiple entities.

    • Prepare Cash Liquidity Reports for investors.
    • Manage Weekly Cash Reconciliation Files and Monthly Consolidated Cash Reconciliations.
    • Ensure proper cash transaction uploads in NetSuite for multiple entities.

    Payments & Banking Operations

    The selected candidate will be responsible for handling various payment-related tasks, including bank payments marking, bank wires, intercompany transfers, and Tipalti fundings.

    • Handle Tipalti bank payments marking, bank wires, intercompany transfers, and Tipalti fundings.
    • Support AP cleanup and reconciliation.

    Cross-Functional Coordination

    The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all cash entries are recorded accurately in NetSuite.

    Qualifications

    To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

    • 5+ years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury, or Financial Operations.
    • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and NetSuite.
    • Experience with Tipalti and handling multi-entity cash management is a plus.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Prior experience in the PST shift is preferred.
