    • Ensure all businessaspects in place (i.e. Manpower hiring Manpower Training).
    • Maintain good relations with Dealers.
    • Communicate and determine customers needs
    • Sell the dealership service capabilities basedon features advantages and benefits.
    • Share andimplement best practices in order to achieve a high level ofcustomer service.
    • Lead a team of city managersto manage service processes.
    • Ensure dealerperformance profit guidelines.
    • Drive fasterclosure on corrective advice for field vehicles.
    • Conduct regular surveys of competitors in thelocal market to feed optimization in service process (quality andprofitability)
    • Prepare and submit accuratezonewise KPI report by the end of every month
    • Spot negative movements in budget assumptionand alert management
    • Monitor customercomplaints and warranty issues.
    • Budget for thespares and subscriptions and ensure achievement of the targets.Also ensure timely collection of payments.
    • Conduct periodical customer satisfactionsurveys and strive to exceed the CSI with different customers.
    • Escalate any surge in any field issues to CQA.
    • Ensure quick closure on Claim escalation withthe finance team.
    • Provide technical guidancewhere solutions and troubleshooting is required with the help ofCQA
    • Train the team on the aspects mentionedabove.

    • Proven dealer /customer relations skills both in person and over the telephone.
    You bring toSimpleenergy:
    • ABachelor of Engineering degree or a diploma in Automobile /Mechanical Engineering
    • 715 years withsignificant experience in Automotive After Sales & Serviceoperations.
