    Immediate Looking for Business Manager- Electrical Sales
    Product- Havells, Crompton, Phillips

    Key Responsibilities (Job Description)

    Responsible for Achieve targeted Net Revenue

    Expand Sales Beyond a Defined Geographic Area, Province or Country.

    Negotiating Terms and Agreements With Internal /External Customers and Closing

    Sales

    Set Sales Targets with Sales Team

    Oversee and Evaluate the Activities and Performance of the Sales Team

    Provide Feedback, Support and Coaching to the Team.

    Plan Team Training on Regular Basis

    Support the Team to get desired Leads per day and Check the feedback

    Identify potential customers and register opportunities

    Improve sales closures by coordinating with other departments

    Maintaining Database and regularly updating the same

    Procure and Update Database regularly from Other teams and Management.

    Escalate Disputes with Customers to the Management

    Periodically check on Reconciliation of Accounts Receivables

    Regular and accurate entry of leads into the Database software

    Giving leads to other Departments and helping them in closing the orders.

    Overall Experience: 15+ YearsRelevant Experience: 5 Years Age: 35+ years
    Skills to be possessed: (Essential)

    Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence

    credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

    Advanced MS Excel skills

    Strong business sense and industry expertise

    Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

    Excellent presentation skills

    Expertise in MS Office.

    Qualification:

    MBA (Sales and Marketing)

    Management knowledge in all desirable fields
