Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect. The junior architect will be responsible for to day-to-day tasks such as: conducting site analysis, creating schematic designs and design development documentation, coordinating with project team members and managing project schedules and budgets for multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Architectural Design and Integration skills
• Software Development skills in AutoCAD, REVIT, Sketchup and similar tools.
• Project Management skills in reviewing project requirements, tracking project schedules, and managing project budgets.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and plan sets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to demonstrate creativity and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience working with construction documentation and schematic design phases is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience
