Position Overview:
The Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in the real estate sales process by engaging potential clients and guiding them through the initial stages of property purchase.
This position requires a strong blend of interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.The Pre-sales Executive will be working on sophisticated CRM software like Sales Force and will serve as the bridge between clients and the sales team, fostering positive relationships and facilitating a seamless transition from interest to purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Initiate and maintain contact with potential buyers who have shown interest in the real estate offerings.
Respond promptly to inquiries, whether through phone calls, emails, or in-person interactions, providing accurate information and addressing any concerns.
Property Presentation:
Present property features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
Conduct property tours and showcase model units or layouts to help clients visualize their potential investment.
Needs Assessment:
Listen actively to client preferences, requirements, and financial constraints to recommend suitable properties.
Understand clients' lifestyle, family needs, and long-term goals to tailor property options accordingly.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings in the area.
Provide clients with insights on property appreciation potential and investment opportunities.
Collaboration:
Liaise with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of potential buyers for further negotiations and closing.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align pre-sales efforts with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Relationship Building:
Nurture relationships with potential clients, maintaining regular communication and addressing their queries promptly.
Build rapport to establish trust and credibility, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and preferences in the CRM system.
Generate reports on pre-sales activities, conversion rates, and feedback to contribute to sales strategy improvements.
Customer Feedback:
Solicit feedback from potential clients regarding property presentations, pricing, and overall experience.
Convey feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement in property offerings and services.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse clientele.
