Overview:

The MoldingSupervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the molding processand ensuring the quality and efficiency of molded products. Thisposition is vital to maintaining production schedules and meetingquality standards.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Supervise andcoordinate the activities of molding operators andtechnicians
• Ensure the molding process adheresto quality and safety standards
• Optimizeproduction processes to meet efficiency and qualitygoals
• Monitor and troubleshoot moldingequipment and processes
• Train and mentor teammembers in molding techniques and bestpractices
• Implement and maintain productionschedules
• Perform regular inspections toidentify and resolve any issues
• Collaboratewith other supervisors and managers to streamlineprocesses
• Manage inventory and supplies relatedto the molding process
• Ensure compliance withall relevant regulations and standards
• Developand implement strategies to improve overall moldingoperations
• Participate in the hiring andonboarding of new team members
• Conductperformance evaluations and provide feedback to teammembers
• Address any personnel or performanceissues within the team

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inEngineering Manufacturing or anyGraduate
• Proven experience in a molding ormanufacturing environment
• Demonstratedleadership and team management skills
• Indepthknowledge of molding processes andequipment
• Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities
• Excellentunderstanding of quality managementprinciples
• Ability to interpret technicaldrawings and specifications
• Proficiency inusing molding software and related tools
• Solidunderstanding of health and safetyregulations
• Effective communication andinterpersonal skills
• Ability to work in afastpaced and dynamic environment
• Strongorganizational and time managementskills
• Certification in molding or relatedfield is an advantage
• Experience with leanmanufacturing principles is a plus
• Willingnessto work flexible hours asneeded
