    Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist - Fresher

    Location: REMOTE

    7pm IST to 4am IST (US SHIFT)

    Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns targeted towards North American clients. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    -Campaign Planning and Execution:

    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience.

    Plan and execute digital campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.

    Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.

    -Content Creation and Management:

    Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy.

    Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery and consistent messaging.

    Work with designers and content creators to produce multimedia content such as graphics, videos, and infographics.

    -Social Media Management:

    Manage company profiles on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

    Develop and implement social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.

    Monitor social media trends and insights to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth.

    -Email Marketing:

    Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions.

    Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences for targeted communication.

    Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns for effectiveness.

    -Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

    Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic visibility and traffic.

    Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and ranking improvements.

    Monitor SEO performance metrics (keyword rankings, organic traffic) and implement strategies to enhance search visibility.

    -Analytics and Reporting:

    Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance and KPIs.

    Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide actionable insights for improvement.

    Make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns, allocate budgets, and drive continuous improvement.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution, preferably with a focus on marketing, communications, or related field.
    • MBA from a prestigious institution like IIM is a must.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various digital channels.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, etc.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Creativity and innovation in developing engaging marketing campaigns and content.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
