- Should have experience in Senior manager role for Embedded team for min 2-3 years.
- Should have handled team or teams sized at least 35 people.
- Minimum 12 years overall experience.
- Facilitate and Organize all SCRUM Ceremony meetings.
- Participate in Requirement Gatherings.
- Participate in Requirement Grooming.
- Participate in Daily Standup.
- Participate in Sprint Demo.
- Participate in PI Planning meetings.
