You have the opportunity to:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Head to oversee our Preethi business and drive profitable growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, strategic planning, and financial management, with P&L responsibility for the assigned business segment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, within the matrix structure of Versuni.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
• Drive business results, surpassing market trends and gain market share
• Drive business development initiatives to acquire new customers, partnerships, and market opportunities.
• Manage P&L for the assigned business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Implement operational efficiencies and cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Provide regular performance updates and reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Build and develop commercial leadership and talent across various functions at Preethi.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.· Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility and overall experience of 15-20 years.· Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving targets.· Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions.· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.· Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and growth.· Experience in FMCD/ FMCG is preferred but not mandatory.
