    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for the position of Operations Analyst. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing operational processes, identifying areas of improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. You will also work with cross-functional teams to provide ad-hoc analysis to inform decision-making, and communicate findings to senior leadership.

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Analyzing existing systems and operational procedures
    • Understanding the operational needs and business goals of the company
    • Collecting relevant data from within the company and from clients
    • Creating databases for data storage and future access
    • Analyzing data through a variety of statistical methods and models, from spreadsheets to graphs
    • Presenting data and recommendations to senior management teams
    • Tracking the progress of operational changes that are implemented across the company through key performance indicators Skills and competencies
    • Knowledge of operational policies within the company and industry
    • Understanding of company workflows, company structures
    • Experience with statistical and mathematical models
    • Excellent knowledge of databases and programs such as Excel or Google spreadsheets
    • Communication skills to detail complex information in an easy-to-understand format
    • Ability to turn complex data and trends into visual graphs for presentation
    • Ability to source raw data through interviews with employees, customers, and clients

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
    • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI ).
