- Collaborating with cross functional teams and vendor to address and resolve defects efficiently.
- Tracking defects,ensuring accurate documentation and reporting communicating defect status,trends and resolution to internal team and PWC
- Analyze defects to determine root causes and impacts on project timeline and deliverables
- Driving Conservation and holding meeting with vendor and internal team on defect logs and requirement.
- Project managing the defects and driving them to closure effectively
- Technical Skill Set PMP/Agile Preferred ,Banking domain Preferred
