Abou the role:
As a Principal Engineer you will be playing a pivotal role in enabling Cashfree to deliver to its ambitions. You will drive initiatives that will create a lasting impact on thousands of customers.


What You Will Need :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or a related discipline) as well as work experience of 10+ yearsSolid understanding of the Software design/architectureExceptional coding skills in either Java or GoStrong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, concurrency ,low-level class & DB design, high level system design, architecting for high scale using distributed systems.

Strong knowledge of RDBMS and any other NoSQL database technologies (Cassandra, MongoDB etc.) .Should have strong knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS/Google Cloud/AzureWhat you'll do?Own the architecture of new product platforms to drive business resultsWrite high-quality code that is modular, functional and testable & establish the best coding practices.

Ensure high quality of architecture and design of systemsSet directional paths for the teams/department for adoption of new technology stacks for solving business problemsFormally mentor junior engineers on design, coding, and troubleshooting.

Work with engineering leadership in solving and architecting solutions for challenging or complex software development issues.

Perform code and design reviewsWork with product management, business stakeholders and other engineering leaders to help define mid-term, long-term roadmaps and shape business directions.
