• This is a fulltime onsite role as a Cluster Sales Manager for Two Wheeler Finance.
• The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of multiple branches within a designated cluster.
• They will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales Proven experience in Two Wheeler Finance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify sales opportunities.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Customerfocused with a strong sales orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Bengali.
