    The individual in this role will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, leading a high-performing sales team, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and monitoring market trends.


    • This role offers the chance to lead and shape the future of modern trade within an innovative, fastpaced environment.
    • Create and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability within the modern trade channel.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts such as large retail chains, supermarkets, and hypermarkets.
    • Negotiate contracts, terms, and promotional activities to drive sales and market share.
    • Identify opportunities for expansion within the modern trade channel by targeting new accounts.
    • Proven experience in the FMCG, food and beverage industry required.
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience at a senior level position with exposure to Modern Trade, preferably at a national level.
    • Must be a Graduate, preferably with an MBA or equivalent degree.
