    Purpose of Job:

    Financial risk management (FRM) is the process of planning, organizing, leading, andcontrolling the activities of an organization in order to minimize the effects of riskonanorganization's capital and earnings.

    FRM institutionalizes financial risk managementprocedures in the organization by standardizing the tools, methodology andpeopleprocesses in monitoring individual project risks. This is important so that the impactsof individual project failures (in case failures do happen) are addressed appropriately.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Due Diligence

     Preparation of periodic due diligence reports for management consumption. Variance analysis and commentary on periodic financials and budgets. Red flagging of anomalies, and ideations to handle the risks associated with them.


    Risk modelling Standardisation and stabilization of databases for homogenous reporting. Building and maintaining "what-if" scenarios in the existing and new models. Building of risk based models as per requirementsd, and periodic challengingof existing models.


    Inter Department Partnesrships Partnership with FP&A team to modulate planning, budgeting and formulationof business strategy based on all external/macro factors. Single point of contact for all quantitative data relating to the organisation. Structure, organise and make accessible all relevant data to various teams of FinanceDepartment.

     Liaison with external partners to facilitate independent due diligence as and whenrequired by the stakeholders of the Company.

    Qualifications:
     Any graduate. Preference will be given to MBA 2-3 years of prior experience in Finance & Accounts domain
