- Counsel Students, Understand their Profile offering/suggesting courses to them.
- Manage Graduate/post graduate/and higher education programs
- Collaborate & strong communication with universities and institutions for selling our graduate / post graduate programs which are autonomous and University accredited.
- Assesses student interest, aptitudes, and abilities to assist in academic and career planning.
- Counsel students in developing a specific academic program including choice of major and course selections
- Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle
- Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls
- Achieving the monthly targets in performance-driven environment
- Students relation & Rapport building.
- To maintain Records
- Handling walk-in enquiries, telephonic enquiries & email enquiries.
- Responsible for academic counselling for prospective learners and their parents.
- Capture student profile.
- Counsel and guide aspiring Students about the various study options (local and international) available.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual Student enrolment budgets.
- Ensuring adequate batch size and meeting batch start deadlines.
- Coordinating with Faculty & Centre Manager for organizing student selection procedure.
- Daily administrative activities.
- Maintain appropriate student records in the Enrolment system.
- Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitch like a charm
